These terms apply to enquiries and work requested through agentqev.uk.
Sending us a request costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. We normally reply within one business day.
Each job is defined in writing (email is fine) before any work starts: what will be delivered, the price, and the timeline. Nothing starts until you confirm that scope in writing.
For small jobs we typically ask for 50% before work begins and 50% on delivery. Payment methods are agreed per job. No payment details are collected on this website.
Each job includes one round of revisions unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If we cannot deliver what was agreed, you do not pay the balance. Any upfront payment for work not delivered is refunded.
We treat anything you send us as confidential and do not share it with third parties.
